Our Services
Residential Services
The residential service includes the removal and disposal of old asphalt and unsuitable materials. The old asphalt will be disposed of at a licensed recycling facility. After the asphalt is removed the base will be inspected, a minimum of 6 to 8 inches of base is required. If the base does not meet the requirement gravel will be added as needed and compacted for the new asphalt driveway. The gravel will be compacted by a roller which is 10,000 pounds to achieve 97% compaction. After the base has been compacted, there will be an installation of 2-inch asphalt base binder that consists of ¾ stones blend. A 1” ½ thick asphalt finish course, that consists of 3/8 stones and will be installed to complete the new the asphalt driveway. Also, all the equipment used to complete the removal and replacement of the asphalt driveways are up-to-date.
Commercial Building
Commercial asphalt parking lots include the removal and disposal of old asphalt and unsuitable materials. The old asphalt will be disposed of at a licensed recycling facility. After the asphalt is removed the base will be inspected, a minimum of 10 to 12 inches of base is required. If the base does not meet the requirement gravel will be added as needed and compacted for the new asphalt parking lot. The gravel will be compacted by a roller which is 10,000 pounds to achieve 97% compaction. After the base has been compacted, there will be an installation of 2 ½ -inch asphalt base binder that consists of ¾ stones blend. A 1” ½ thick asphalt finish course, that consists of 3/8 stones will be installed to complete the new asphalt driveway. All the equipment used is up-to-date and the thickness of the asphalt can vary based on customer request.

Concrete Service
Flatwork done with a precise finish.
Our concrete services include concrete pads commercial flatwork; the removal and replacement of the concreate pads. It consists of removing the materials and installing 12” base of base grade gravel and compacted. The framed area is designed to the thickness of the concrete pad for the installation of new concrete pad. Concrete PSI can vary from project to project.
Rebar and wire mesh are added as projects require. The concrete is cut for expansion control and sealed. Once the concrete pads are finished the frame is removed and the site is cleaned up.
